You can configure your school, add your team and begin setting up student records without a lengthy implementation process.
Eligible paid schools can connect a domain they own. The owner verifies it with a DNS record, then activates it after the hosting gateway has valid HTTPS. DNS and certificate setup remain with the school or its hosting operator.
Amica provides fee tracking and basic expense records with approvals, payment status, income-versus-expense summaries and CSV exports. It is not a ledger, bank reconciliation or chart-of-accounts system.
Yes. Guardians can access relevant school information without needing to visit the school office.
Yes. Owners can switch between schools within their plan's school limit. Each school has its own records and subscription; reporting is viewed per school.
